SPRING BLOOD DRIVE- Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 11 am - 4 pm
Saint Patrick Catholic School is proud to partner with the American Red Cross and be a part of all they do for our community, our country and around the world. Our blood drive is important to patients in need, but the collection and distribution of blood is just a small part of all the Red Cross does. The enormity of what the Red Cross accomplishes every day is astounding and this is one of the reasons we chose them as one of our community outreach partners.
As a member of our community, you are both welcome and encouraged to participate either as a donor or a volunteer. A typical donation takes less than one hour.
You don’t need a special reason to give blood. You just need your own reason.
ü Some of us give blood because we were asked by a friend.
ü Some know that a family member or a friend might need blood some day.
ü Some believe it is the right thing to do and feel good knowing we've helped change a life!
Whatever your reason, the need is constant and your contribution is important for a healthy and reliable blood supply. Additionally, if you or someone you know has needed blood and you are willing to share your story, please let us know. These stories will make the mission of the Red Cross even more real to our students and families.
