Second Grade Wax Museum

On Friday, February 27, Second Grade held their annual Black American Wax Museum. Per tradition, students dressed as the person they represented, complete with props to reveal more about their character’s identity. They designed posters and memorized lines, staying in character at all times. From Thurgood Marshall, Rosa Parks, Ruby Bridges, and Aretha Franklin to Katherine Johnson, Sojourner Truth, and Serena Williams, Wolfhounds gave thoughtful and passionate presentations!

Thanks to the Second Grade team, Mrs. Wagner, Mrs. Brown-Moore, and Mr. Daniel for guiding our Wolfhound historians. We would also like to thank the parents for their support of the endeavor!
