DINO-MITE!

On Thursday, March 27 the Fourth Grade brought Earth’s history to life when our Saint Patrick Catholic School theatre was transformed into the American Museum of Natural History for a one-of-a-kind dinosaur revelation experience!

Each fourth-grade student researched a dinosaur and stepped into the role of the paleontologist who discovered it. They were encouraged to dress as their paleontologist and presented their findings in an engaging, museum-style format. Students covered aspects such as their dinosaur's behavior, habitats, locomotion, intelligence, diet, prey, predators, and any other interesting facts as they unveiled these “newly discovered” creatures that inhabited the Earth millions of years ago.

We would like to give a special shoutout to Fourth Grade Teachers Raelyn Baumgartner and Teresa Tenney who--along with Teacher Assistant Leslie Hogan--continue to help cultivate these students’ interest in history and science. Many kudos also go out to all of our young Wolfhounds for doing such an outstanding job! All of the Wolfhound parents and students in attendance enjoyed an exciting morning of discovery and learning!
