The Eighth Presents the Stations of the Cross

In recognition of Holy Thursday, our Eighth Grade students shared a moving video presentation of the Stations of the Cross on Thursday, April 1. They retold the story through reflections captured in the school Chapel and each station was beautifully illustrated through student artwork. The program also included pre-recorded student performances of “Were You There”, “Above All”, and a responsorial written by members of the class.

The Stations of the Cross presentation, produced and performed entirely by the students, is an integral part of the Eighth Grade Experience and continues to be a highlight of the Lenten season. It is traditionally presented in the Theater, but the current Eighth Grade class had to re-imagine the entire process and share it in a whole new way. As we take the opportunity to reflect and rejoice in the resurrection of our Lord during this most sacred Easter holiday, allow us to offer you all of our most heartfelt blessings.
