Eighth Grade Class to Honor Parishioners at Servant Leadership Award Dinner
On Sunday, March 26, the eighth grade class will honor five leaders from local parishes who have demonstrated servant leadership in their communities and served as role models for our students. A servant leader, as defined by our eighth grade student body, is someone who exhibits, “humility, kindness, selflessness,” and often goes, “unnoticed.”
We will honor Thomas Bomar from the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Tom Bosse from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gloria Emanuel from Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, and Deane and Tim Sobol from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
Please join us from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 26 as our eighth grade students serve our community and recognize these leaders for their distinguished and humble service. Tickets to attend the dinner cost $10. Proceeds support the Tenth Station of the Cross, “Jesus is Stripped of His Garments,” that the eighth graders will donate to the school as their legacy.
This is a special evening for our students as they recognize our community leaders who embody servant leadership every day and develop into servant leaders themselves. We look forward to supporting the eighth grade class on March 26. For more information, contact Saint Patrick's Front Office at 757-440-5500.
