Alternate Transportation
While we were spared major impact from Hurricane Florence, some Norfolk residents had to deal with tidal flooding. What do you do when your street is flooded? Use an alternate form of transportation like Saint Patrick students Carter and Caroline C. did.. Carter, Kindergarten, used his feet to propel his sister Caroline, Second Grade, through waters near Myrtle Park in Larchmont on Friday, September 14. A little flooding didn’t stop these Wolfhounds from enjoying time off from school!
