United We Stand
Last Friday, the Third Grade students transported us back to Independence Hall during the summer of 1787. Performing their grade level musical, United We Stand, our Founding Fathers sang and rhymed their way to a compromise that led to the ratification of the United States Constitution. Songs like “What a State We’re In,” “It’s Wise to Compromise,” and “This is America,” left everyone in a patriotic mood and a little wiser about U.S. History. It was another amazing performance led by Chris Kypros. No doubt, our Third Graders thoroughly enjoyed this history lesson.
