Feast on the Feast Fun

The fourteenth annual Feast on the Feast was held this past Friday to celebrate the Feast Day of Saint Patrick and welcome our new Wolfhound families to the Saint Patrick community. The Tidewater Pipes and Drum officially kicked off the evening followed by a warm welcome from our Celtic Council President Elly L. and Principal Steve Hammond. After a traditional Irish blessing, over 500 Wolfhounds were treated to a family-style dinner and a “show.” Members of our Saint Patrick Theater Troupe gave a preview of the spring musical Bye Bye Birdie (tickets on sale now www.stpcstheatre.org). The Glencoe Lads, featuring sixth grader Colin M., played traditional Celtic music and our Irish dancers showed off their talents. The Celtic Council, the school’s student government, ran the post-dinner entertainment. With a variety of games on the Green and face painting in the Dining Hall, our new families got to see first-hand how Wolfhounds have fun. Check out the photos from The Feast !
