We Are Positive!

The fourth grade kicked off the musical season with enthusiasm and positivity. Under the direction of musical genius, Chris Kypros, the two fourth grade classes performed Positive by Teresa Jennings. And, for the first time in our grade-level musicals, two fourth grade students led the choreography, Mesgana J. and McKinley H.D.

 

It was truly a celebration of character and happy thoughts with songs such as “I Am Positive,” “I Like Me,” and “Think Good Thoughts." This play was particularly impactful this morning after the intense and emotional Wolfhound boys’ fourth grade basketball match up that went into overtime last night. The catchy tunes and positive messaging were a great way to start our Friday!

 

Our fourth grade teachers beamed with pride. “We are so proud of our kiddos for coming together as one beautiful group, especially considering the incredible fourth grade vs. fourth grade Wolfhound boys in the semifinals last night. These kids have HEART!” said Teresa Tenney. Brigid Barrineau added, “This play truly was the mirroring of our children's spirits!”
