The Boarding High School Experience
Last Tuesday, our Boys Advisory groups were able to learn a little more about what life at a boarding high school is like. Alumnus Preston Aldridge (Class of 2018) who currently attends The Kiski School in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania came back to share his experience. Preston attended the Granby International Baccalaureate program for his Freshman and Sophomore years, but when Norfolk Public Schools announced virtual learning in fall of 2020, Preston searched for alternatives. After exploring multiple local and boarding school options, Preston found that the all-boys environment at The Kiski School was the right fit for him.
