Introducing the Saint Patrick Catholic School
Irish Wolfhounds!

Saint Patrick Catholic School is proud to adopt the Irish Wolfhound, the world's tallest breed of dog, as our school mascot. The Irish Wolfhound is famously good-natured, dignified, exceptionally loyal, and highly intelligent—a worthy model for Saint Patrick students!

Irish Wolfhound Facts:

• Adult height: 28-35 inches at the shoulder (the largest are about the height of a small pony)
• Adult weight: 90-150 pounds (about 25 times the weight of a Chihuahua)
• Colors include gray, brindle (streaks or flecks of darker and lighter colors), red, black, and white
