Welcome to Saint Patrick Catholic School's Wolfhound Weeks Summer Programs!
Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment where children can learn and grow. We offer programs for rising PreK-4 students through 12th grade students in the areas of fine arts, theater, sports, academics, leadership, and other specialty programs. Students who attend camps can look forward to acquiring new skills, discovering talents, improving knowledge and exploring new experiences. REGISTRATION:
Early registration in encouraged. Camp sizes are limited. Registration forms may be mailed to Saint Patrick Catholic School ATTN: Wolfhound Weeks, emailed to Jamye Brown (jbrown@stpcs.org), faxed to Jamye Brown, or submitted online by visiting
PAYMENT:
Payment for camp is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Saint Patrick Catholic School families have an additional option of having camps billed to their school account.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, AND WITHDRAWALS:
A refund will only be given if requested in writing more than two weeks prior to the start of the session in which the camper is enrolled. Fifteen percent (15%) of the camp fee is nonrefundable. Campers withdrawn less than two weeks prior to the start of camp are responsible for the full tuition. In the event of an injury or illness, a doctor’s note will be required and a refund (minus 15%) will be given. Transfers are permissible up to two weeks prior to the start of camp. A ten percent (10%) transfer fee will be applied.
CAMP CANCELLATIONS:
Saint Patrick Catholic School reserves the right to modify any camp or cancel camps with insufficient enrollment. If a camp is cancelled by the school, a full refund will be given or may be applied to another camp.
EXTENDED CARE:
The Extended Care program provides parents with extended hours of care. Before Care opens at 7:30 am and After Care is available until 5:30 pm. Recreational activities are planned during this time, and campers are asked to bring a snack.
Before Care 7:30 – 9:00 AM $35 per week
After Care 3:00/3:30 – 5:30 PM $50 per week
Before & After Care 7:30 – 9:00 AM and 3:00/3:30 – 5:30 PM $70 per week

Payment for Extended Care is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card and is expected at the time of camp registration. Saint Patrick Catholic School families have an additional option of having Extended Care billed to their school account. These families who choose “Bill Student Account” will only be billed for the time Extended Care is utilized at a rate of $5/hour. Extended Care services begin the week of June 18th and run through August 10th. All programs are closed on July 4th.
FORMS:
Prior to the start of camp, the Director of Summer Programs will send a Medical and Insurance Form as well as a Pick-Up Authorization Form electronically. Each camper needs to have one Medical and Insurance Form with proof of medical insurance
on file. A Pick-Up Authorization Form must be provided per family; all campers’ names should be listed on the form. Additions and deletions can be made by emailing the Director of Summer Programs, jbrown@stpcs.org . These forms only need to be submitted once, even if the camper(s) is attending multiple weeks of camp.
MEDICAL:
All campers are required to have a Medical and Insurance Form as well as proof of medical insurance on file prior to the start of camp. These forms will be sent electronically, but can be mailed, faxed or emailed back to the Director of Summer Programs. If a camper takes medication, a separate form will be sent to the parent for specific instructions and a doctor’s authorization. This form and the medication must be given to the Director of Summer Programs.
LUNCH:
All full-day campers are asked to bring a lunch and two snacks. Half-day campers are asked to bring a snack. All lunches and snacks should be labeled with the camper’s name. There will be no refrigerator available for camper use.
FOOD ALLERGIES:
Saint Patrick Catholic School cannot guarantee to provide an allergen-free environment for students with severe allergies. Our goal is to minimize the exposure to allergens that pose a risk to those students.
CLOTHING:
Please label all clothing and equipment with the camper’s name. Saint Patrick Catholic School is not responsible for any lost clothing or equipment. All campers attending athletic camps should wear proper athletic attire (i.e., tennis shoes). All campers are required to wear closed-toed shoes.
LOST & FOUND:
There will be a lost and found located in the dining hall. Camp leaders will place any items left at camp in this location.
ABSENCE NOTIFICATION:
If your camper is going to be absent, please call (757)213-0847 or email jbrown@stpcs.org . Please do not forget to include the date he or she will be absent, your child’s name, and the specific camp(s) in which he or she is enrolled.
LATE ARRIVALS AND SPECIAL PICK-UP DURING CAMP HOURS:
Any camper arriving late to camp must be brought to the main office by a parent, guardian, or family member. Any student leaving during camp hours must be picked up by an authorized person in the main office. Advanced notice of early departures is greatly appreciated. You may inform the Director of Summer Programs in writing/email of early departures.
GIVEAWAYS:
All campers will receive a Wolfhound Weeks keepsake for attending a summer program with us!
DISCOUNTS:
Campers who attend multiple weeks of camp will receive a 5% camp fee reduction. Families with multiple siblings attending Programs will also receive a 5% camp fee reduction. Contact Jamye Brown with pricing questions.
