REGISTRATION: Registration forms may be mailed to Saint Patrick Catholic School, emailed to Jamye Brown (jbrown@stpcs.org), faxed to Jamye Brown at 213 - 0947, or submitted online - click here.

 

DISCOUNTS: Campers who attend multiple weeks of camp will receive a 5% camp fee reduction. Families with multiple siblings attending programs will also receive a 5% camp fee reduction. Contact Jamye Brown with pricing questions.

REFUND POLICY: A refund will only be given if requested in writing two weeks prior to the start of the session that the camper is enrolled. In the event of an injury or illness, a doctor’s note will be required. Ten percent of the camp fee is nonrefundable.

EXTENDED CARE: The Extended Care program provides parents with extended hours of care. Before Care opens at 7 am and After Care is available until 6 pm. Recreational activities are planned during this time and campers are asked to bring a snack. Fee: $5 per hour or $75 per week. Payment for Extended Care is expected on Friday for the week. Saint Patrick Catholic School families have the option of having Extended Care billed to their school account.

Extended Care services begin the week of June 13th and run through August 5th. All programs are closed on Monday, July 4th.

MEDICAL: All participants are required to complete a medical information form and provide proof of medical insurance.

LUNCH: All full-day campers are asked to bring a lunch and a snack. Half-day campers are asked to bring a snack. All lunches and snacks should be labeled with the camper’s name. There will be no refrigerator available for camper use.

CLOTHING: Please label all clothing and equipment with the camper’s name. Saint Patrick Catholic School is not responsible for any lost clothing or equipment. All campers attending Girls/Guys on the Go should bring a change of clothes as well as proper athletic attire (i.e., tennis shoes). There will be a lost and found.

GIVEAWAYS: All campers will receive a Wolfhound Weeks keepsake such as a bag, t-shirt or other item for attending a summer program with us!

FORMS: All Wolfhound Weeks attendees will be asked to complete an insurance form, medical information, and authorization of release.

PAYMENT: Payment for camp is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are paying with a credit card, camp registration must take place online by clicking here. Saint Patrick Catholic School families have an additional option of having camps billed to their school account.
