Coed Lacrosse

Ball control drills help sharpen player's stick play during matches.

Catching the ball in the mouth of the net is perhaps the most difficult task to master in the game of lacrosse.

The purpose of this club sport is to insure that players understand the very basic fundamentals in a safe environment with a heavy emphasis on drills and instruction.
It takes soft hands to catch and cradle the lacrosse ball.

Lacrosse players learn even when a defender is in pursuit you must hold onto the ball in the pocket of the stick without letting it fall out.

Facilitated by Mr. Betancourt and Ms. Anderson, these are the warriors of Saint Patrick Lacrosse.
