Junior Jazzercise

During this hour long class held during the after school hours only, children will learn about fitness, practice specific dance techniques, spend about 20 minutes doing aerobic exercise and learn a performance dance routine. At the end of the 6 week session, parents of the participants will be invited to see the children perform the dance routine practiced throughout the six week session. Students of this activity will develop a sense of accomplishment and have better self image through their participation. Children should wear supportive tennis shoes and bring a water bottle to class for hydration. Changing into more comfortable clothing before class is acceptable.
