Moved by the displacement of school children by Hurricane Katrina, the ACE(After Care Explorers) from our school engaged in a project to expand their community in a gesture of brotherhood and sisterhood. Before the completed work arrived in Louisiana, the After Care Explorers took great care in strategically placing the handprint on the canvas.
