Arts within Reach Dance Recital – Feb 11, 4 pm

The Norfolk Arts Commission/Arts Within Reach presents The Todd Rosenlieb Emerging Artists Ensemble here at STPCS in the Performing Arts Theatre on Wednesday, Feb 11 at 4:00 pm. The performance is free and open to the public.

The Emerging Artists Ensemble is a group of high school and college dancers who have devoted years to their craft and are seriously pursuing their dreams of becoming professional dancers. The program will be 40 – 50 minutes in length. We hope to see you there!

2nd Draft of Graduate @ Graduation Essays Due – Feb 10

The 2nd Draft of the Graduate at Graduation Essays for 8th Graders is due February 10.  These essays should show evidence of Peer Editing.

5th Grade Retreat – Feb 6

The Fifth Graders will be attending a retreat on Feb 6 from 9 am – 12 pm at Blessed Sacrament Church.  They are asked to report to school for normal arrival and will be transported to and from the retreat.

STPCS Student Art is on display at the Norfolk International Airport

Our wonderful student artists have work on display at the Norfolk International Airport. The work is in the main terminal on the second floor near BB&T bank. It will be on exhibit until the last Wednesday in February. This month we mostly have middle school students. Last month it was mostly lower school students.

While we were hanging the artwork, we received many compliments from visitors to the airport and from the airport employees.

Hopefully, we will be invited to hang artwork again next year. This is a wonderful way to show off our students’ work! The artists this month are:
