Highlights from the 1st and 2nd Grade Musical-"The Dreaming Place".

In the speaking part of Tortoise, 2nd Grader Walker, raised awareness of the waste and pollution that permeates our environment making it difficult for our ecology.

As Panda, 2nd Grader, Audrey portrayed an animal who is extremely high on the endangered species list.  Meanwhile, 1st Grader Emory, portrayed our national symbol, the American bald eagle.

This musical play about environmental consciousness was an original work from the Director of Musical Education at Saint Patrick, Mr. Christopher Kypros.

The 1st graders of Mrs. Brooke Hummel and the 2nd graders of Mrs. Jamye Brown received a standing ovation for the sensitive performance they gave in demonstrating how mankind must make better choices in the way we live or face extremely perilous consequences for ourselves and our entire ecology. The cast included from 1st grade: Marybeth, Maxwell, Keady, Claire, Eva, Cameron, Noah, Sarah, Maria, Ignatius, who played "Smokey the Bear;" Celine, Charlotte, Jacob, Caroline and McKayla. The cast included from 2nd grade: Carly, Nicholas, Harlan, Inga, Coralie, Gates, Julien, Peter, Walter, Jonathan, Michael, Hunter, Brittany, Casey, Elijah, Nakiah, Renee, and Shelby.
