Timothy Smith

Director of Facilities

Timothy Smith joins Saint Patrick as its Director of Facilities in which he will monitor and ensure that the school's facilities and grounds are well-maintained. A retired naval officer with more than 20 years of facility and construction management experience, Tim has directed the facilities departments of numerous government, educational and housing organizations. During his career, Tim has successfully managed sizeable construction programs; developed long-term preventive maintenance programs; and has managed various service functions including custodial, grounds maintenance and security.

Timothy received his Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. and a Masters of Engineering from University of Florida.
